The And Sleep Sense has very good spinal support and would suit those people who prefer a firm, hard feel to their mattress. Edge support is good.
Sealy Posturepedic Silver Medium (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Silver Medium is fairly unremarkable. It has the typical Sealy bouncy feel to it but spinal support is reasonable.
Chiro Reach Deluxe Plush (Discontinued)
The Chiro Reach Deluxe (Plush) has a ‘deep, spongy, bounce’ to it and a nice combination of comfort and spinal support. Partner disturbance is present but minimal.
Chiro Reach Luxury Ultra Plush (Discontinued)
Chiro Reach Luxury (Ultra Plush) has a very ‘deep, spongy bounce’ feel to it which is nice and comfortable. The top layer has a network of puffy pockets which do offer good spinal support.
Chiro Active 200 Plush (Discontinued)
The Chiro Active 200 has a bit of sinking feeling initially and as a result spinal support is a little compromised. It is comfortable though and would be good for a side sleeper.
Chiro Active 400 Firm (Discontinued)
The Chiro Active 400 feels firm and bouncy and offers good spinal support. Would be suitable for those who like a firm mattress but we must say it wasn’t comfortable to lie on.
Tempur Orion Original Firm (Discontinued)
The Tempur Orion Original Firm is hard and dense and would be too firm for most. Not comfortable. Partner disturbance is non-existent and the 15-year warranty is outstanding but there are better Tempur products out there.
Tempur Orion Cloud Plush (Discontinued)
The Tempur Orion Cloud Plush is soft and comfortable, but still has a good level of body support. As with all Tempur mattresses, partner disturbance is virtually non-existent but they can get hot so best to have air conditioning in your bedroom.
