Purchase and delivery

The Ecosa Haven Bed Frame can be ordered online (through the Ecosa website) and it will arrive at your door in 3 separate boxes (queen size).

The bed frame can be ordered in 4 different colour combinations: Ash/Oyster Shell, Ash/Dove Grey, Walnut/Charcoal, and Walnut/Evergreen.

Delivery of the Ecosa Haven Bed Frame is fast and free to metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Some regional deliveries will be charged a flat delivery fee of $175. For more details about delivery, see our Delivery information section further down.

The Ecosa Haven Bed Frame comes with plenty of good quality packaging to ensure that the components are well protected during transport. Most of the product components were in excellent condition when we removed the packaging.

Included on the packaging is a large card with assembling instructions.

Assembling

This product is cleverly designed in terms of its assembly and you won’t need any tools.

We would highly recommend having two people on hand to assemble this bed base. If this is possible, it should only take around 5-10 minutes to assemble (once all of the packaging has been removed).

Once assembled, the Ecosa Haven Bed Frame presents well. Our sample product had the Walnut/Evergreen colour which gives off a classic, stylish design. The colour choices should allow matching to most bedroom decor themes.

Stability and practicality

The Ecosa Haven Bed Frame uses a number of solid slats that clip into side attachments. Once the slats are placed in position, they create a stable surface suitable for any mattress.

Once assembled the bed frame feels stable, sturdy, and should accommodate any mattress and people of all sizes. The headboard feels strong and stable, and we didn’t detect any squeaking during sleep movements.

The overall quality of the wood, fabrics, and attachments is sound. The components were not overly difficult to put together but we had a little trouble connecting the corners at the base.

The bed base does exceed the dimensions of the mattress slightly, but this extra length and width is minimal. So, it’s unlikely that you will be knocking or banging your shins on the sides.

The Ecosa Haven Bed Frame has a 5 year warranty. The fabrics used are certified by the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® whilst the wood used is FSC® certified.

Available sizes

The Ecosa Haven Bed Frame is available in 6 sizes (super king, king, queen, double, king single and single) so it should accommodate most sleeping arrangements.

• At checkout, you can choose a next-day delivery window that suits you: 10am–2pm (if ordered by 3pm) 2pm–6pm (if ordered between 3pm and 11:59pm).
• Saturday delivery available in metro Melbourne/Sydney only, order must be placed by 11:30am on Friday. $150 fee applies.
• Same-day delivery is also available for mattresses and furniture at a flat fee of $50 if you place your order by 11:30am.
