The Dusk&Dawn Premiere Mattress can be ordered directly through the official Dusk&Dawn website.
Each mattress is made to order in Melbourne, ensuring every piece is freshly handcrafted and quality checked before dispatch.
Delivery is free to most metro areas across Australia, with a flat $250 delivery fee for regional and remote locations. Delivery is not currently available to Tasmania, the Northern Territory, or some isolated regions.

Because the Premiere isn’t rolled or boxed, it arrives at full size. This means you can sleep on it straight away – no decompression time required. It also means you’ll want to make sure your delivery path is clear, as it’s a large and weighty item.
All Dusk&Dawn mattresses include a white glove delivery service as standard. A professional two-person team will deliver your mattress, position it on your bed base, and remove all packaging. Metro customers can also choose to have their old mattress removed and disposed of responsibly for an additional $120.
As each mattress is built to order, delivery times are slightly longer than most boxed mattress brands. The typical timeframe is:

The Comfort-Stretch Premium Fabric (that comes with all firmness options) feels soft, smooth, and should allow plenty of ventilation.
As you would expect, the firm version feels firm and supportive, but there is still a nice level of comfort and pressure relief. It certainly isn’t rock hard.
This mattress should suit all sleeping positions (side sleepers, back sleepers, and stomach sleepers) but understandably, its suitability will vary between individuals.

The ‘ISO Coil’ 5 Zone Pocket Spring System feels strong, stable, and well balanced. It provides excellent spinal support (in all sleeping positions), and should accommodate people of all sizes.
We didn’t detect any undesirable sagging or sinking on this mattress. The spring system also helps to isolate motion transfer, so partner disturbance is minimal.
The spring system in the Dusk&Dawn Premiere responds well to normal sleep movements and we rated its level of responsiveness as optimal. In basic terms, this means that changing sleep positions (and intimate activities) shouldn’t be any trouble.
Please note that our responsiveness scales are just a guide and preferred responsiveness levels will vary between individuals. It’s worth noting also that innerspring mattresses are generally more responsive than foam mattresses.

At this taller profile, deep-fitting sheets (such as Koala’s Deep Fit Sheets) are recommended for the best fit, though many standard sheet sets will also stretch comfortably over the corners.

What type of bed base should I use?
As with most mattresses, we recommend the Dusk&Dawn Premiere to be used on a bed base with flat panel slats or solid slats such as the Dusk&Dawn Liquorice Bedhead & Base.
Dusk&Dawn Liquorice Bedhead & Base
We would advise against using a bed base with flexible (posture) slats as this type of base may not provide adequate support. Ultimately, the use of an unsupportive mattress foundation may void the mattress warranty.

What if I’m not completely happy with it?
The Dusk&Dawn Premiere Mattress comes with a 100 Night Comfort Guarantee, giving you plenty of time to decide if it’s the right fit for you.
Dusk&Dawn do require that customers keep the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow their body to properly adjust before initiating any changes.
If, after that time, you’re not satisfied with the comfort level, Dusk&Dawn offers to collect the mattress and adjust its firmness free of charge. This allows you to fine-tune your sleep experience without the hassle of returning the product outright.
Should you still find the mattress unsuitable after trialling the adjusted version for an additional 30 nights, you can request a full refund.
