The Koala Pillow is a nice foam pillow, that offers the choice of a firm or soft side. It is best suited for side sleepers and comes with the security of a 120 night trial period.
During the unpacking process, the Koala Pillow box plays ‘twinkle twinkle little star’. This is a lovely touch by Koala, and certainly adds to the customer experience.
Pillow construction
The Koala Pillow has a soft, breathable cover that is made of polyester (66%) and TENCEL™ Lyocell fibre (34%). This cover is removable and washable, making it easy to keep this pillow free of bacteria.
The main body of this pillow is made from 100% Polyurethane Gel Foam.
Comfort and support
As we alluded to earlier, the Koala Pillow has the versatility of a firm side and a soft side. Although there isn’t a huge difference in firmness, each side absorbs head weight nicely. Overall, this pillow has a nice level of comfort.
The pillow also offers good neck support and is best suited for side sleepers.
Final verdict
The Koala Pillow is a respectable pillow with a practical design. It is comfortable, supportive, and has a removable (and washable) cover.
