The My Side series allows you to choose a different option on each side of the bed. You can choose between firm, medium, plush, and ultra plush. We are reviewing the My Side Series 10 Plush here. This version has a distinct sinking feeling and although it is “cloud like” comfortable, the support is lacking.
Tempur Cloud Supreme (Discontinued)
The Tempur Cloud Supreme feels quite dense and firm but still fairly comfortable. Very good spinal and body support. Feels sturdy and has no partner disturbance.
Serta Avant Garde San Sebastian (Discontinued)
The Serta Avant Garde San Sebastian doesn’t hug body that well – it has a soft and spongy feel to it. Average spinal support but partner disturbance is very minimal. That price tag…
Serta Avant Garde Valencia (Discontinued)
The Serta Avant Garde Valencia is comfortable with decent support. Minimal partner disturbance. A good, well built mattress.
Beautyrest Black Elizabeth (Discontinued)
The Beautyrest Black Elizabeth is more comfortable than the Beautyrest Black Hybrid Charlotte but you still get a soft, sinking feeling. Although partner disturbance is minimal, spinal support again is questionable. A very hefty price tag as well.
My Side Series 10 Firm* (Discontinued)
The My Side Series are an interesting group of beds to review as there is a distinct difference as you move from Series 10 down to Series 2. At this stage, we feel the firm version of the Series 4 is the best.
Beautyrest Black Katherine (Discontinued)
The Beautyrest Black Katherine is very comfortable but still has decent spinal support despite a slight sinking feeling. Partner disturbance seems almost non-existent. A good mattress but a hard sell for the price tag.
Tempur Serene Original (Discontinued)
The Tempur Serene Original feels firm, hard, and dense. It still has a strange sinking feeling to it and we don’t think it is that comfortable. Partner disturbance is virtually non-existent though. Try some other Tempur products before considering this one.
Serta Avant Garde Madrid (Discontinued)
The Serta Avant Garde Madrid is fairly comfortable, decent support but it does have a soft and spongy feel to it that may not be to everyone’s taste. Partner disturbance is very minimal.
