Sleeptight Mattress Review
The Sleeptight Mattress can be purchased through the Fantastic Furniture website or at any of their 80 stores Australia-wide. Delivery costs will depend on your location, but a typical delivery cost to a metropolitan area is $59.
It is compressed into a compact box, and as such, it falls into the ‘mattress in a box’ category. It conveniently comes in a single, king single, double, and queen size and is one of the cheapest mattress in a box products on the market – $199 for a queen size which is a fraction of the market average of around $1030.
Not surprisingly, this mattress feels very cheap, flimsy, and uncomfortable. It has very poor stability during any body movement. Partner disturbance is very noticeable so overall we wouldn’t recommend this in context of comfort, support, or healthy sleep.
This mattress should suit all sleeping positions (side sleepers, back sleepers, and stomach sleepers) but understandably, its suitability will vary between individuals. Our team rated it a 7.5/ 10 on the firmness scale (with 10 being the firmest).

Not surprisingly, we wouldn’t recommend this mattress for heavier people (over 100kgs). The volume of foam may not provide adequate comfort or support.
Th Sleeptight Mattress doesn’t respond well to normal sleep movements particularly well and is extremely bouncy. In basic terms, this means that changing sleep positions (and intimate activities) may be easier on other mattresses.
