The Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Elevate Medium has that typical springy Sealy characteristic to it, along with the almost ‘separate’ top layer that seems to detach from the rest of the mattress when you move up and down on it. The top layer has a meshy feel to it but overall it is fairly comfortable and spinal support is decent. Still though, that price tag makes it a very hard sell for us, even on sale.
