The Orthokinetic Prestige Resplendence presents smartly with a simple, classic look. It gives off a luxurious vibe, and the brand embroidery demonstrates a high level of sophistication.
Comfort and support
The top comfort layer of this mattress starts with a micro Tencel cover that feels soft and smooth. This sits over over a layer of viscoelastic memory foam and gel infused latex. This comfort layer offers plenty of pressure relief, and absorbs body weight nicely.
Despite its ‘gently firm’ appellation, we rated the Orthokinetic Prestige Resplendence more as a ‘medium’ feel and a 6 / 10 on the firmness scale. Please note that our firmness ratings are just a guide and they do not necessarily relate to comfort.
The spring system used in the Orthokinetic Prestige Resplendence is a ‘7-Zoned Foam Encased Patented Air Pocket Spring’ system. It has a fancy name but it does feel robust and will accomodate people of most sizes. It offers very good spinal support and should maintain a healthy spinal alignment in all sleeping positions.

In terms of build quality and craftsmanship, the Orthokinetic Prestige Resplendence stands tall. It has durable side handles to assist during transport, and thanks to its foam encased perimeter, edge support is sound.
