The top comfort layer of this mattress starts with a micro Tencel cover that feels soft and luxurious. This sits over over a layer of viscoelastic memory foam and gel infused latex. This comfort layer is divine – it offers smooth pressure relief and absorbs body weight evenly.

The spring system used in the Orthokinetic Prestige Opulence is a ‘7-Zoned Foam Encased Patented Air Pocket Spring’ system. It has a fancy name but it does feel robust and should accomodate people of most sizes.
Despite the softer comfort layer, this spring system offers very good spinal support and should maintain a healthy spinal alignment in all sleeping positions.
