The Orthokinetic Octavia Medium presents well with a clean, modern look. It uses a white and grey colour theme, and the brand name embroidery demonstrates a high level of refinement.
Comfort and support
The top comfort layer of this mattress starts with a micro Tencel cover that feels soft and smooth. This sits over over a layer of viscoelastic memory foam and gel infused latex. This comfort layer offers smooth pressure relief and feels nice to lie on in all sleeping positions.

The spring system used in the Orthokinetic Octavia Medium is 7-zone ‘Foam Encased Patented Air Pocket TM Micro Coil system. This support system feels robust and will accomodate people of most sizes. It offers very good back support and we didn’t detect any undesirable sagging.
The finer details
In terms of build quality and craftsmanship, this mattress is sound. It has durable side handles to assist during transport, and thanks to its foam encased perimeter, edge support is solid. Partner disturbance is minimal, and its 15-year warranty gives a good indication as to its quality and durability.
