The Newentor Wireless Weather Station Q3 can be purchased online through the Newentor website.
Shipping is free Australia-wide in most locations, with orders typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, although some remote and Western Australian locations may take up to 10 business days.
Our package arrived in very good condition. The weather station was packaged in a small, compact and sturdy cardboard box that appeared to provide good protection during transport.
Tracking information is also provided by email once the order has been shipped.

The Newentor Wireless Weather Station Q3 is easy to set up and use.
Inside the box, the main unit and wireless sensor are individually protected with bubble wrap. There’s also an instruction booklet and a thank you note included.
The main unit requires two AA batteries, which aren’t included – something we would have liked to see supplied. Once the batteries are inserted, the unit starts up immediately, and the protective film over the display can be easily removed.
The controls are positioned along the side of the main unit and are straightforward to use. The wireless sensor can be positioned in different areas around the home, and in our testing, we found it connected reliably and operated successfully within the advertised 60-metre range.

The Newentor Wireless Weather Station Q3 has a large 7.5-inch display, which makes the information easy to view at a glance.
When running on batteries, pressing the light button illuminates the display for around 15 seconds. The unit can also be powered via a cable, allowing the backlight to remain continuously illuminated, although the required cable is not included. Without the backlight, we found the display a little dark and more difficult to read.
On the back of the main unit are two fold-out stands, allowing it to sit securely on a table, desk or bedside table. The overall construction also feels sturdy and well suited to everyday household use.
It’s worth noting that the wireless sensor is not waterproof, so it should be positioned in a sheltered location if being used outdoors.
