Purchase and delivery
The Neoluxe Vantage Silver range can be purchased through the Beds n Dreams website or at any of their 30 plus stores Australia-wide. Delivery costs will depend on your location, but a typical delivery cost to a metropolitan area is $80.
This version forms the ultra plush feel version of the range that also includes a firm and medium option. This mattress can also be specially ordered with different firmness levels on each side (e.g. firm on one side and medium on the other).
Comfort and support
From a visual perspective, this mattress oozes class and sophistication. The top comfort layer consists of a luxury quilt layer that contains genuine silver thread called Silverline. This silver thread has numerous health and hygiene benefits, and reflects the high quality materials used in this mattress. This quilt layer sits over a combination of premium foams which offer a noticeably ‘light’ and soft feel. This mattress is ideal for side sleepers as it has a nice level of pressure relief through the hips and shoulders.
The Neoluxe Vantage Silver range is a ‘softer’ range, and this ultra plush version is softer than many other plush mattresses. As you would expect, our team rated it as a ‘plush’ feel and a 3.5 / 10 on the firmness scale (with 10 being the firmest). Please note that our firmness ratings are just a guide and they do not necessarily relate to comfort.
Its 12 zone spring system is one of the best on the market, and uses a dual layered construction which allows for better body contouring and support. This spring system will accommodate people of all sizes, and based on our testing, it seemed robust and durable.
The finer details
Partner disturbance is present but not significant, and edge support is outstanding. It is well certified as non-toxic and comes with a 10 year warranty.
The Neoluxe Vantage Silver comes with a 100 Night Eco Exchange (and return/refund option). This means that you can exchange your mattress for another Neoluxe Vantage Silver of a different firmness, if you are not satisfied.

What bed base should I use?
As with most mattresses, we recommend this mattress to be used with a bed base with solid slats (not flexible/posture slats), such as the Atlantis Bed Base.
Use of an unsupportive mattress foundation will usually void the mattress warranty.
Furthermore, we do not recommend this mattress to be used with an adjustable (electric) bed base as this may void the warranty. Here is our full list of mattresses that are compatible with an adjustable bed base.

100 Night Eco Exchange and Trial Period
If you are not satisfied with your Neoluxe Vantage Silver, you can exchange your mattress for a different firmness within the 100 night period (Eco Exchange).
Once the Eco Exchange has been activated, the customer can also return the mattress for a refund (if still not satisfied).
Details of the Eco Exchange:
(i) The 100 Night Eco Exchange is an exclusive offer for Bedbuyer online metro customers only (and is not offered to any in-store customers).
(ii) The 100 Night Eco Exchange is only applicable to the Silent Night Onyx, Neoluxe Vantage Silver, and Hypnos Balmoral.
(iii) Eco exchanges can only be activated within the same product range. For example, you cannot exchange a Silent Night Onyx for a Neoluxe Vantage Silver.
(iv) A customer must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights from the time of pick up or delivery (to allow for the body to adjust to the new mattress).
(v) A mattress that is damaged or soiled in any way will be exempt from the 100 Night Eco Exchange. Normal wear and tear is accepted.
(vi) The Eco Exchange applies to mattresses of the same size.
(vii) The Eco Exchange is valid for one mattress per household/address.
(viii) If a customer activates an Eco Exchange and is still not satisfied, they can request a full refund within the 100 night trial period (no questions asked). The refund will be reduced by a $150 transport fee.
