Postage and handling to New Zealand starts from AUD $20 and is via International AirMail which may take up to two weeks. At checkout, once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping cost will be displayed for you to select and confirm.
Orders under $100, the following options are available:

All efforts are made to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday), however this may vary during busy periods.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you’ve purchased Ergobaby products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Ergobaby are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase, in as-new condition, in the original packaging. Please email us on sales@ergobaby.com.au prior to sending the item(s) back.
