The Dream Elegance 2000 Comfort has an attractive low price, but as you would expect it is deficient in comfort, support, and quality. Nevertheless, it does have a 5 year warranty.

The Dream Elegance 2000 Comfort presents with a simple, clean look. Although it doesn’t give off the most refined appearance, it isn’t the worst mattress we have seen in terms of looks. It uses a grey and white colour theme along with a brand name label.
Comfort and support
The top comfort layer of this mattress is made from a ‘Soft Bamboo Stretch Knit Ticking’ and a foam based ‘Pillow Top’. This does offer some pressure relief but understandably it feels cheap and unrefined.
We rated the Dream Elegance 2000 Comfort more as a ‘medium’ feel and a 7 / 10 on the firmness scale. Please note that our firmness ratings are just a guide and they do not necessarily relate to comfort.
The spring system used in the Dream Elegance 2000 Comfort is a ‘6 Turn Pocket Spring Support Structure’. It has a fancy name but it feels noticeably flimsy and spinal support is certainly compromised. It does not isolate motion well either and it may struggle with larger people.
The finer details
In terms of build quality and craftsmanship, the Dream Elegance 2000 Comfort is what you would expect for the price. It lacks side handles, and the quality of its finishings is basic. As we alluded to earlier, partner disturbance will likely be a problem for most.
With that said, edge support is reasonable (in context of the price) and it does come with a 5 year warranty.
