The Dock Pro Sleep System is a remarkably innovative product and stakes its claim as the world’s best ‘sleep temperature’ system. It forms a more advanced version of similar sleep temperature system, the Cube Sleep System.
Purchase and delivery
The Dock Pro Sleep System can ordered through the Sleepme website, and can be delivered Australia-wide. Unfortunately, Australian customers will have to cover all delivery costs associated with your order.
The Dock Pro Sleep System arrived in a nice looking cardboard box, measuring 45cm wide, 41cm deep, and 22cm high. (We received the ‘half-queen’ model)
The box arrived in excellent condition and weighs 6.5kgs. The box contains:
- The Dock Pro control unit
- Mattress pad
- Carry bag
- Quick start guide
- Instruction manual
- Sachet of cleaning solution (with extra tube attachment)
- Hand written note with temperature recommendations (in Fahrenheit)
- Foam packaging
As this product is made in the United States, you will need to purchase an (US – Australian) adapter which can be found at Bunnings, Coles, or Woolworths (for about $10).
How does it work?
The Dock Pro Sleep System uses a control unit that allows you to either heat or cool your mattress (13 – 46°C). This control unit does require a wi-fi connection, and most of the adjustments will be made on your smart phone via the sleepme App.
With that said, the control unit does contain temperature adjustments as well.
The sleepme App features temperature control, as well as scheduled temperature adjustments throughout the night. You can also control your Dock Pro Sleep System on your smart phone from anywhere.
In larger sizes, you can set different temperatures for each side of the bed, allowing you and your partner to select your perfect sleeping temperature.
Setting up the Dock Pro Sleep System is very straightforward. Once all of the connections are in place, the water added, the mattress pad positioned correctly, and the app set up, controlling your sleep temperature is easy.

The temperature control on the Dock Pro Sleep System is remarkable. Its cold and hot ranges should accommodate anyone with sleep temperature issues, and the unit is quiet and shouldn’t cause any sleep disturbance.
The Dock Pro Sleep System is a significant ‘step up’ from the OOLER Sleep System in terms of cooling capacity, noise level, and pad construction. It is a reminder of how fortunate we are in 2022 to have these devices available to us.
