The Classic shape would be best suited for side sleepers, but may also suit back sleepers and stomach sleepers. This option is very comfortable with plenty of soft, pressure relief. It absorbs head weight smoothly, and is simply a lovely pillow to sleep on.
The Contour shape is designed for those who desire more support through the head and neck. We found that the contours mould nicely to the natural curves on the neck, and provides excellent neck support. This contour shape should suit side and back sleepers.
The Low shape is best suited for back sleepers, even though it may suit other sleeping positions for those with more narrow shoulders/smaller frames. This shape is also well suited for children who don’t require a full size adult pillow.

This Classic and Contour options have approximate dimensions of 60cm wide, 40cm deep, and 14cm high. These dimensions are very typical of an Australian, standard size pillow.
The Low option has approximate dimensions of 60cm wide, 40cm deep, and 10cm high.
