King Koil Chiro Luxury Firm is firm but still fairly comfortable. Spinal support seems reasonable, and partner disturbance seems minimal. A hard sell for the price though.
King Koil Chiro Inspire Plush (Discontinued)
The King Koil Chiro Inspire Plush has a rather ‘heavy’ feeling to it but a sinking feeling at the same time – spinal and body support isn’t great. Soft and comfortable, and parter disturbance is minimal but we aren’t convinced with the level of spinal support on this one.
King Koil Chiro Inspire Firm (Discontinued)
The King Koil Chiro Inspire Firm is fairly comfortable and offers good spinal support. Partner disturbance seems minimal as well. A little flimsy but overall you wouldn’t be doing yourself any harm by sleeping on this one.
King Koil Chiro Entice Super Firm (Discontinued)
The King Koil Chiro Entice Super Firm as the name suggests is indeed very firm, and one of the hardest mattresses we have tested. This would be unlikely to suit many people.
King Koil Chiro Entice Firm (Discontinued)
The King Koil Chiro Entice Firm feels really hard not quite uncomfortable. You can immediately feel it press hard against your hip and shoulders and may cause some problems in that way. Partner disturbance is minimal but we don’t like the feel of this one at all.
King Koil Chiro Essential Firm (Discontinued)
The King Koil Chiro Essential Firm feels quite hard and firm but provides good spinal support. Comfort is a bit compromised however. Partner disturbance seems minimal. A Reasonable mattress at a competitive price.
Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Elegance (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Elegance feels soft and comfortable and hugs the body fairly well. There is some partner disturbance to contend with though. Certainly a well made product but for the high price, we would keep looking.
Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Perfection (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Perfection feels soft and comfortable and hugs the body fairly well. There is some partner disturbance to contend with though. Certainly a well made product but for the price, we would keep looking.
Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Excellence (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Excellence has a slight sinking feeling and feels soft and comfortable. Only problem is this is accompanied with spinal support that is questionable – we don’t feel that is holds the body or spine that well.
Beautyrest Black Hybrid Victoria (Discontinued)
The Beautyrest Black Hybrid Victoria offers good support but we are not convinced at the level of comfort. It has a nice soft top layer which then goes to a much harder surface which just doesn’t feel that good. It is well built though and has minimal partner disturbance.
Beautyrest World Class Panama (Discontinued)
The Beautyrest World Class Panama immediately feels hard and is not comfortable. As it is hard and firm, it supports the spine well, but it doesn’t allow for appropriate body support and may create some hip or shoulder issues with some people.
Beautyrest World Class Montego (Discontinued)
The Beautyrest World Class Montego is well-built and has minimal partner disturbance. It has nice, comfortable top layer that still provides decent support. Minimal partner disturbance. Overall a good mattress.
