The Beautyrest Illusion Plush Limited Edition is certainly nice and comfortable and does hug the body quite well. Unfortunately spinal support is somewhat compromised. Partner disturbance is minimal though and as with most Beautyrest mattresses, the build quality here is high.
Beautyrest Illusion Medium Limited Edition (Discontinued)
Beautyrest Illusion Medium Limited Edition has an immediate sinking feeling which has nice level of comfort to it but unfortunately support is a little compromised. Partner disturbance seems minimal as the mattress feels solid and well built.
Sealy Posturepedic Silken Celeste Medium (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Silken Celeste Medium has a very light and foamy feel to it which involves a distinct sinking feeling. As a result, spinal support is compromised. There appears to be some partner disturbance as well. Same old same old with the Sealy Posturepedic range – expensive but unimpressive.
Sealy Posturepedic Celeste Eurotop (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Celeste Eurotop has a fancy name but as with many of the Sealy Posturepedic products, it is a little disappointing. It has a somewhat foamy, puffy feel to the top layer (the so-called ‘Eurotop’) which is fairly comfortable depending on your personal preference.
Sealy Active Plus Firm (Discontinued)
The Sealy Active Plus Firm is a fairly comfortable mattress despite its firm feel. Spinal support is decent. There is some partner disturbance to contend with though. Nothing too remarkable here but a reasonable mattress for the price.
Harmony Mattress (Discontinued)
The Harmony Mattress is available at Mobile Mattress. As the name suggests, this mattress is beautifully comfortable and at $999, it offers great value!
The Greywing Mattress (Discontinued)
The Greywing Mattress is one of the softer mattress in a box products we have tested. There is a slight sinking feeling and spinal support is somewhat compromised.
Serta Uno 1.0 Firm (Discontinued)
The Serta Uno 1.0 Firm is not much different to the plush version, obviously just a little less foam on top and a firmer feel to it.
Serta Uno 2.0 Plush (Discontinued)
The Serta Uno 2.0 Plush feels beautiful to lie on and still provides great support. More mattresses should feel like this one!
Sleepmaker Marbella Plush (Discontinued)
The Sleepmaker Marbella Plush has a very soft top layer and there is a slight sinking feeling as you settle into it. There is some mild partner disturbance. Spinal support is average.
Sealy Posturepedic Energise Medium (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Energise Medium feels a bit flimsy but the spinal support and comfort levels seem OK. There may be some mild partner disturbance. Another uninspiring product in the Sealy Posturepedic range unfortunately.
Chiro Support Mattress (Discontinued)
The Chiro Support Mattress is available at Mobile Mattress. It has a firm and supportive feel with a nice comfort layer, and offers excellent value.
