The Sealy Posturepedic Gibson Medium light and soft top layer which is fairly comfortable but overall it feels cheap and flimsy – typical of Sealy Posturepedic mattresses that we have tested.

The Sealy Posturepedic Margot Firm has a shallow spongy top layer that feels a bit ‘grainy’. Still has that somewhat unstable feel on the top layer – typical of Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.

Sealy Posturepedic Margot Medium (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Margot Medium has a medium dense, spongy top layer that has nice comfort and support, but feels a bit ‘grainy’. Still has that somewhat unstable feel on the top layer.
Sealy Posturepedic Gibson Plush (Discontinued)
The Sealy Posturepedic Gibson Plush has a soft, light and top layer which feels quite nice but the support is compromised somewhat and it does have that slight sinking feeling.
Technogel Sereno (Discontinued)
The Technogel Sereno has a top layer that feels really nice to lie on. It supports the body well and still offers nice pressure relief through the hips and shoulders.
Technogel Armonia (Discontinued)
The Technogel Armonia feels firm and dense. The top layer is has quite a unique ‘tight’ and spongy feel to it which provides good spinal support.
Four Feels (Discontinued)
The Four Feels standard version (without the mattress top) is a very nice firm feel with a subtle bounce and very good spinal support. This mattress is very versatile.
Orthokinetic Classic Plush (discontinued)
The Orthokinetic Classic Plush is actually quite dense for a plush which gives it good spinal support and it is still nice and comfortable.
Orthokinetic Classic Medium (discontinued)
The Orthokinetic Classic Medium has a lovely mix of comfort and support. It has a very nice, subtle bounce to it and edge support is reasonable.
Orthokinetic Classic Support (discontinued)
The Orthokinetic Classic Support has a firm yet bouncy feel to it which feels very supportive for the spine. Edge support is good and partner disturbance is minimal.
Posturepedic Enhance Platinum Plush (Discontinued)
The Posturepedic Enhance Platinum Plush is very comfortable but still feels flimsy and unsteady. It supports the spine fairly well and although edge support is good, there is still some partner disturbance to contend with.
