As with other mattress in a box products, the BAHA Memory Foam Mattress can be ordered online, and it will be delivered to your door in a compact box. BAHA offer free delivery Australia wide, making it available to all Aussies. The box itself was good quality and removing the mattress from its packaging was straight forward.

The top layer of this mattress starts with a removable, quilted cover that feels smooth and soft. This sits over a layer of aerated memory foam and a base support foam. The mattress feels dense, spongy, and moulds to your body well once you get settled. There is certainly a noticeable level of pressure relief, but it does lack ‘responsiveness’ during normal sleep movements. Having said that, we didn’t detect any noticeable dipping or sagging, and overall spinal support is sound. Our team rated it as a ‘medium – firm’ feel and a 7.5 / 10 on the firmness scale (with 10 being the firmest):

The mattress has a relatively low height of 20cm, so it is a good option to consider for a bunk bed or trundle bed. Despite its low height, it still feels reasonably sturdy and stable. It is worth noting that the mattress is light in weight (21kgs), which makes it easy to move the mattress around, and easy to change the sheets. Edge support is within normal limits for a foam mattress and partner disturbance is minimal.

The BAHA Memory Foam Mattress offers good value and presents a legitimate option for those who are after a well priced, memory foam mattress. It offers good back support, and is nicely made.

BAHA Memory Foam Mattress – 20cm of deep comfort complementary foam layers, cool sleep ventilated memory foam and maximum support foam.

Care

For the removable cover, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry to preserve the fibres, colour, and elasticity. The BAHA Memory Foam Mattress can also be spot cleaned with a mild detergent by hand, dry at room temperature away form heat or direct light.

For the memory foam core: Spot clean with a soft soap by hand only, dry at room temperature away from heat or light.

Always use the mattress with its cover.
