ABCA Mattress Review
The ABCA Mattress has a light and ‘airy’ top layer which leads into a solid and firm feeling mattress. Has a slight bouncy feel to it, but certainly not flimsy. The level of spinal support that this mattress offers is truly outstanding. Not surprising, as it has been designed by ABCA (Advanced Bio-Structural Correction Australasia) – an organisation within the chiropractic profession that promotes a specific chiropractic technique based around postural and structural correction. An appropriate sleeping surface forms a big part of their patient management.
The spinal support on this mattress is excellent, but it is firm and may not suit everyone’s body size. Partner disturbance seems minimal, and it appears well-built. For anyone who feels like they require a top level of spinal support in a mattress, this one should be on your shortlist.
