10 year warranty

Delivery and Removal charge include:
– Unwrap item and place in desired location.
– If required place the legs and castors on furniture items i.e. lounges, bed bases.
– Remove all wrapping, packaging and cardboard.
– Remove and take away the old mattress and base.

Cancellations: A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total order price will apply to all CSOs that are cancelled by the customer, when the order cannot be cancelled with the vendor. The cancellation fee is in place to cover the cost of any markdowns associated with the sale of merchandise that has been ordered specifically for the customer or tailor made to suit the customer’s requirements.
