The Tempur Asteria Sensation feels dense and firm but still fairly comfortable. Spinal support seems good. An expensive mattress as with most Tempur products and make sure you consider that the Tempur products can get quite hot. Overall though a good mattress if you have the cash and air conditioning in your bedroom.
