The Bedgear M2 Firm Mattress is a full foam mattress that has a firm, supportive feel. It comes conveniently packed in a compact box and has a 10 year warranty.
Purchase and delivery
This mattress can be ordered online, and delivery is available Australia-wide (see full delivery information in our ‘Delivery’ section below). It can also be purchased through any of Snooze’s stores across Australia. As it is a ‘mattress in a box’ it can be collected in-store.
Aesthetically, the Bedgear M2 Firm Mattress looks clean and modern. It uses a blue and white colour theme and has model name embroidery (on the side).
Comfort and support
The Bedgear M2 Firm Mattress uses a Dri-Tec® moisture wicking fabric surface. This feels durable, breathable and is designed to absorb moisture.
This fabric cover sits over a 5cm layer of React+ foam. This does provide some pressure relief and would suit those who prefer a firmer feel to their mattress. We did notice that it lacks the responsiveness of many innerspring mattresses.
We rated the Bedgear M2 Firm Mattress as a ‘firm‘ feel and a 8 / 10 on the firmness scale. Please note that our firmness ratings are just a guide and they do not necessarily relate to comfort.
The main support structure of this mattress is a (20cm high) ventilated, high density support foam. This supports the spine fairly well and should accommodate people of all sizes.
The finer details
In terms of build quality and craftsmanship, the Bedgear M2 Firm Mattress is respectable. It doesn’t come with side handles, but its quality and finishings appear to be of good quality.
Edge support is firm, and a restless partner shouldn’t cause you much trouble at all. This of course will vary depending on the size of the occupants of the bed.
The mattress comes with a 10 year warranty but unlike most other mattress in a box products, it doesn’t offer a trial period. In fairness, this mattress can be tested out in-store.

Do you deliver to my area?
We endeavour to deliver your Bedgear M2 Firm Mattress to every address in Australia, however some addresses that are remote or difficult to access (some islands for instance) need to be quoted on a Price on Application basis.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

How much does delivery cost?
If one or more items in your order are bulky (such as beds, mattresses, bedside tables and other bedroom furniture), then your whole order will be delivered by truck. The cost of delivery is then determined by the distance between delivery location and store of purchase:
