The SleepMaker Cortona Plush available at David Jones is a very comfortable and luxurious mattress. It also supports the body evenly and doesn’t have any obvious dipping or sinking. Not cheap but a very nice mattress if you can spare the cash.

Handmade in Australia, the Cortona Plush features Australian Made individually wrapped micro pocket coils. The coils are in a 5 zone configuration which means they individually adjust to body weight, and contour while providing superior back support in all the right places and no partner disturbance.
The Cortona Plush is infused with KulKote Copper, a surface-infused phase change material with breathable non-toxic anti-bacterial copper. Copper is renowned for its ability to conduct heat rapidly and KulKote helps wick away heat and moisture to help regulate body temperature.
Gel infused memory foam is combined with plush Dreamfoam comfort layers to ensure total comfort, helping to balance your body temperature and let you sleep in exquisite comfort.
Soft natural silk helps improve mattress airflow and breathability with a lustrous comfort and sustainably grown Tencel and copper yarns are also infused in the top of bed quilting to promote breathability and help wick away moisture.
