The Posture Support Deluxe Latex Pillow Top Mattress available at Chiropedic is very bouncy and springy. Unfortunately this gives it a rather unstable feeling on some body movements. This aside, it maintains spinal position fairly well once you get settled. There is a little partner disturbance to contend with as well.
