The Comfort Sleep Austral Medium feels nice and plush and is quite a soft feel for a medium version. As such, it is very comfortable with good pressure relief. Spinal support is a little compromised but still it maintains body position quite well. Partner disturbance is virtually non-existent. A good mattress at a fair price.
