The Refresh Soft Mattress available at the Original Mattress Factory is very comfortable and has a soft, plush top layer. As with the firm and medium versions, it has quite an obvious bounce to it, and edge support is fair. It feels a little uneven in some sleeping positions but still a good soft feel mattress overall.
