100 Night Eco Exchange – How It Works (Bedbuyer Online Purchases)

If you are not satisfied with your Silent Night Onyx, Neoluxe Vantage Silver, or Hypnos Balmoral you can exchange your mattress for a different firmness within the 100 night period (Eco Exchange).

Once the Eco Exchange has been activated, the customer can also return the mattress for a refund (if still not satisfied).

Details of the Eco Exchange:

(i) The 100 Night Eco Exchange is an exclusive offer for Bedbuyer online metro customers only (and is not offered to any in-store customers).

(ii) This program is only applicable to the Silent Night Onyx, Neoluxe Vantage Silver, and Hypnos Balmoral.

(iii) Eco exchanges can only be activated within the same product range. For example, you cannot exchange a Silent Night Onyx for a Neoluxe Vantage Silver.

(iv) A customer must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights from the time of pick up or delivery (to allow for the body to adjust to the new mattress).

(v) A mattress that is damaged or soiled in any way will be exempt from the 100 Night Eco Exchange. Normal wear and tear is accepted.

(vi) The program only applies to mattresses of the same size.

(vii) The program only is valid for one mattress per household/address.

(viii) If a customer activates an Eco Exchange and is still not satisfied, they can request a full refund within the 100 night trial period (no questions asked). The refund will be reduced by a $150 transport fee.

ix) To quality as a Bedbuyer customer (and be eligible for the program) you must click a relevant SHOP NOW button (on the relevant review or blog article) and use the current Bedbuyer discount code at checkout.
