Bedbuyer x Beds n Dreams Cashback Policy

Bedbuyer operates an independent mattress review platform that connects readers with trusted mattress retailers.

This policy outlines how Bedbuyer verifies Beds n Dreams in-store purchases using a receipt-based verification process that includes a cashback incentive, ensuring accurate attribution of genuine Bedbuyer-referred sales.

This policy applies only to:

– Certain mattress purchases made in-store at Beds n Dreams
– Purchases influenced by Bedbuyer content, including reviews, comparisons, and recommendations
– Cashback verification programs explicitly advertised on Bedbuyer

This policy does not apply to online purchases or purchases made through other retailers.

Beds & Dreams Cashback Verification Program

Where advertised on Bedbuyer, eligible readers will receive a $25 cashback for verified in-store purchases at Beds n Dreams.

Eligible Mattresses

At this time, the cashback offer only applies to the following mattress ranges purchased in-store at Beds n Dreams:

– Silent Night Onyx
– Hypnos Balmoral
– Neoluxe Vantage Silver

Purchases of any other mattress models are not eligible for cashback unless explicitly stated on Bedbuyer.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for cashback, the customer must:

– Purchase one of the eligible mattresses in-store at Beds n Dreams
– Submit proof of purchase to Bedbuyer within three business days of purchase
– Provide a valid sales receipt clearly displaying:

Beds n Dreams as the retailer
Mattress brand and model
Purchase date
Transaction amount

Claims submitted outside the stated time frame are not eligible.

Verification Period

Once a valid receipt is received:

– The claim is provisionally approved
– A verification holding period of up to 45 days applies
– No cashback payment is made during this period

This period allows Bedbuyer to confirm that:

– The sale has fully settled
– The purchase has not been cancelled or refunded
– The system is not being misused

Cashback Payment

– A Cashback of $25 AUD per eligible mattress will paid within 45 days of receipt submission, following successful verification

– Payment will be made via an Activ Digital Visa eGift Card that will be emailed to the customer. Redemption instructions can be found here.

– The e-gift card can be used in-store (when added to mobile wallet), online, over the phone, or for mail orders where Visa prepaid is accepted.

Trial Period

This cashback verification system is being introduced as a trial program from the 1st of February 2026.

During the trial period:

– Program performance may be reviewed
– Terms may be refined or adjusted
– Continuation beyond the trial period is not guaranteed

Any material changes will be communicated on Bedbuyer.

Anti-Fraud and Fair Use

To protect readers, Beds n Dreams, and the integrity of Bedbuyer:

– All receipts are manually reviewed
– Duplicate claims are not permitted
– Claims linked to cancelled or refunded purchases are void
– Bedbuyer reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, late, or appear suspicious
